One advisor. Every operator vetted. Every detail confirmed before anything reaches a quote. No membership required.
On-demand charter gives you access to a private aircraft when you need it, configured for your specific trip, without a membership, a deposit account, or pre-purchased hours sitting on a balance sheet.
The aircraft and operator are selected after the agency understands your trip. For clients who have booked through marketplaces before, the difference shows up before the flight even departs.

Call, email, or fill out the form. Share your origin, destination, date, passenger count, and any specific requirements.
Range, payload, runway, and schedule are assessed before any aircraft is sourced. The trip defines the aircraft — not the other way around
Every operator is reviewed for ARGUS standing, airworthiness, crew qualifications, and insurance. Every trip, without exception.
You receive 2–3 vetted options with full operator detail and itemized pricing. No hidden fees. Nothing undisclosed.
Charter agreement, itinerary, and operator details documented through Flight Deck™. FBO logistics and ground transport arranged. FlightGuard™ included standard.

Before any aircraft option reaches a client, the agency runs the same documented review, every time, regardless of how or when the trip is booked.

Every operator coordinated through this agency must hold active ARGUS certification, an independent third-party audit, not a self-reported credential.
The Airline Transport Pilot rating is the highest certification available to a commercial pilot. Every flight coordinated through this agency requires an ATP-rated captain.
A minimum of 3,000 total logged flight hours is required of the captain on every trip. This threshold goes beyond FAA minimums and is evaluated against the specific crew assigned to your flight.
General flight experience is not the same as experience in the specific aircraft being chartered. The crew must have a minimum of 250 documented hours in the exact aircraft type before that aircraft is presented as an option.
Aircraft operational status is confirmed before any option is presented to the client. An aircraft listed as available in a marketplace is not the same as an aircraft that has been verified as ready to fly your specific trip.
Operator insurance is reviewed and confirmed before the trip is finalized.
Every flight coordinated through this agency includes a $50M non-owned aircraft liability policy layered on top of the operator's own coverage. This applies to every trip. It is not a membership benefit or an optional add-on.
If a mechanical issue prevents the booked aircraft from flying, FlightGuard™ provides a defined financial benefit and a replacement aircraft sourced to the same operator and safety standards.
Not every trip needs a heavy jet. Not every route can be served by a light one. Our advisors evaluate the specific requirements of each trip before sourcing route, payload, runway, and schedule to match the aircraft accordingly.
Transcontinental, group travel
International, non-stop transatlantic
East Coast shuttles, quick turns
Short regional hops, small airports
Domestic routes, business travel
Cross-country, extended range
Aircraft availability is sourced per trip through Stratos FMS™. Final category recommendation is based on your specific route, payload, and schedule.
Charter, empty legs, jet cards, fractional, and full ownership each come with a different structure, commitment level, and risk profile. Here's what each one means before you decide.

Every quote from this agency is fully itemized before you confirm. There are no surprise fees at invoice because every known cost is disclosed upfront — fuel surcharges, landing fees, FBO handling, repositioning, and applicable taxes.
If something changes between quote and departure — weather rerouting, schedule shifts, or fuel adjustments — the advisor communicates the change directly before it affects your invoice. You never discover a cost after the flight.

Whether you’re booking a last-minute charter or acquiring your first aircraft, every engagement runs through the same advisory-led process. These are the six pillars that define how we work.
We only book operators with current ARGUS certification. No exceptions. Every carrier in our network has passed independent safety audits — and we reverify status before every booking.
We pull maintenance records, airworthiness certificates, and operational history for every aircraft proposed for your flight. You see what we see — full transparency, every time.
You don’t talk to a call center. Every client is assigned a single point of contact who manages your charter, your acquisition, your financing — and who is reachable around the clock.
Our quotes are all-in. Landing fees, catering, repositioning — it’s in the number we give you. We negotiate aggressively on your behalf and pass every savings directly through.
Because we have no inventory to sell, our only incentive is to find the best aircraft, at the best price, from the safest operator for your specific mission. Pure advisory. Zero conflict.
Flight changes happen. Weather happens. Your advisor is available at any hour — before departure, in transit, or at the gate — to manage every scenario without disrupting your schedule.
